My initial impression was that I got used bullets, after reaching out, I was explained the annealing process, I was expecting shiny bullets but got discolored ones, ZP staff explained that due to high demand they are not polishing the ammunition, so far haven't had issue with the bullets.
Got the order, 5 rounds were dented, contacted ZP after sending the images of the dented bullets I got a refund for the 5 bad rounds. other than that did not have any issue
